By accessing or using the Bima Connect platform ("Service"), provided by Bima Connect ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Bima Connect is a comprehensive enterprise insurance ERP platform designed to help insurance agencies, brokerages, insurers, and reinsurers manage policies, claims, renewals, finances, and client relationships. The Service includes software applications, web interfaces, and APIs provided by the Company.

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your registration data to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Maintain the security of your password and identification.
• Accept all responsibility for any and all activities that occur under your account.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Bima Connect or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or request data deletion as outlined in our Data Deletion Policy.

In no event shall Bima Connect, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
